We do retain the right to use photos of your canvas as examples on the site

CONDITION OF CANVAS

Print colours my vary due to different computer screens and to contrast and hue settings on your monitor. Refunds will not be given for reasons of colour variations. Due to the grain in cotton canvas, in rare cases small flecks of ink, grain blemishes and blemishes In some cases slight cracks may be present in the corners of a canvas picture where the canvas has been folded. These are unavoidable and refunds or replacements will not be issued.

IMAGE CROPPING AND GALLERY WRAPPING

To fit your photo onto the specified canvas size we will often have to crop the original photo. We will do this with the utmost sensitivity to retain the original feel of the image but we will not be held responsible for cropping out any part of the image. If there are specific parts of the photo that you would like to keep on the front of the canvas you should let us know in advance.

Gallery wrapping is also a popular choice but to "wrap" the image the photo must be enlarged to cover the edges of the canvas. Our canvases have a depth of approx 63.5mm and we therefore have to enlarge your image by 127mm in length and width to cover these edges. Sometimes this will lead to an important part of your photo ending up on the side of the canvas (for example part of a face, an eye, or a large part of a head). In these circumstances we reserve the right to not gallery wrap your image but will print the photo on the front of the canvas only. If you have ordered multiple canvases we will print all in the same style for consistency. This retains the best overall feel from your photos.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

We endeavour to despatch your canvas picture with in seven working days. Delivery will be provided by couriers and they will require for someone to be present to sign and collect the art work, it will be your responsibility to check the delivery before signing for it. We only accept returns due to damaged canvases that have been logged by the courier firm at the point of delivery On receipt of a returned item we will print a new canvas and deliver it to the same address. Dianella pictures has no control over Royal Mail and other courier companies. Delays may be caused By delivery location or other disruptions. Therefore we do not accept liability for loss, damage or delays unless you notify the courier of any problems.

PAYMENT

We will accept payment through our payment provider Paypal.
